Miss Dickinson is originally from Wausau, Wisconsin where she attended Our Savior’s Lutheran, and then Trinity Lutheran grade schools.  Miss Dickinson graduated from Wisconsin Valley Lutheran High School and throughout her grade school, high school and college years began to develop her love of working with young children through different jobs at area child care and preschool centers.  Miss Dickinson graduated from Concordia University – St. Paul with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Lutheran Confessionalism allowing her to be a called Lutheran grade school teacher.

Already Miss Dickinson knows that her favorite part of teaching is forming relationships with her students and their families, watching as her students have new experiences and learn new things, and reach educational and personal milestones.  She loves to 'Dive into God’s Word' with daily devotions through the Proverbs 31 ministry and especially the writing of Lysa TerKeurst .  Miss Dickinson gets excited when she has the opportunity to share God’s word with our youngest students! Besides teaching St. Paul's K3 and K4 students, she also teaches our 7/8th grade Spanish class. Finally, Miss Dickinson is the coach of our St. Paul Running Club that is open to upper grade students each spring.

When she is not studying for school or working with children, Miss Dickinson loves to read, run, go camping and enjoy the outdoors.  She loves the water including swimming and boating. This fall, Miss Dickinson is looking forward to marrying her fiance, Kirk.
